Therefore:

  • Refund decisions are primarily determined by the individual seller’s policy
  • Houus.com may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Order Cancellation

A buyer may request cancellation if:

  • The order has not yet been manufactured or shipped
  • The seller agrees to the cancellation request

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the seller’s policy.


Product Not Delivered

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The seller fails to deliver the container house within the agreed timeline
  • The seller confirms inability to fulfill the order

Incorrect Product

Refund requests may be accepted if:

Damaged Product

  3. Submit supporting documents or photos if required

If the issue cannot be resolved, Houus.com may review the case and assist with mediation.


5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping and transportation costs are generally non-refundable unless the seller agrees otherwise or the issue is caused by the seller.
